Though Beta Kappa Psi is a Black and Latino organization by tradition it is not by membership. Our organization is open to all collegiate men of any race, or religion. We pride ourselves on racial and cultural diversity ranging from Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, and Caribbean brothers. Spiritually we have members who follow Catholicism, Christianity, Pentecostal, Jehvah-Witness and Nondenominational. Beta Kappa Psi, is an organization that believes in promoting brotherhood, knowledge and developing pride. The organization is derived from a well-mannered group of individuals who areeager to embark on new missions and possibilities. We are simply a group of men who are united in Brotherhood by the Knowledge we obtain throughout life, and bonded by the pride we emulate.

Our Mission:

Beta Kappa Psi is to develop leaders on our college campuses through community service and explore our cities across the United States of America. Our Brotherhood will empower its members to be productive citizens and inject positive change in our society.

Our Purpose:

The National Brotherhood of Beta Kappa Psi is a social community service driven fraternity dedicated to the needs of the inner city community with a commitment to higher education, and the promotion and maintenance of the traditional values of unity, honesty, integrity and leadership.

Our Philanthropy:

Our philanthropy is homelessness, but we also focus on other aspects such as the oppressed, handicapped, and our youth just to name a few.

Community Service:

Beta Kappa Psi’s commitment to the community continues to be one of the highlights of our organization. Our impact in the community is powerful as chapters continue to receive gratitude. We dedicate our time andstrive to make donations to various charities such as, Savoy Retirement Home, The Salvation Army, Multiple Sclerosis Walk, AIDS Walk, Adopt-A-Highway, and the Revlon Run/Walk for Brest Cancer Research. We continuously strive to educate minorities on issues which directly and indirectly affect them through flyer campaigns and campus forums. Most importantly, we educate potential members through our panther club as well as our members via many resources.

Chapters:

Over the years, our membership has not grown in significant numbers and this stands true to the testament that we are a fraternity believing, “It does not take quantity to make a difference but rather quality. Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice”. Chapters are located in 4 states across the nation.
